Colourful Happy Birthday Best Friends Card

Cut the striped paper into strips and snip into the bottom of each to create six fringed strips to cover the card front.

Adhere the top of each strip to the card front starting from the bottom up and layering the fringed strips one on top of the other as shown.

Place the mini letter stickers onto scrap white cardstock to say ‘birthday’ then use double-sided tape to adhere slightly under the middle fringe layer.

Add the ‘happy’ and ‘best friend’ stickers onto the card front as shown then attach the sentiment tag in the top-right corner and decorate with a star sticker to finish.
