What are Caron Cakes?
Caron Cakes are wonderfully squidgy bundles of yarn which are wound into a centre-pull cake which makes them so easy to work from. Just pull the strand from the middle and off you go - your yarn sits neatly beside you without rolling around and getting tangled. The yarn is self-striping so as you work you can just watch the colours change in your hands! Each cake is 200g and 350m of aran-weight yarn in a super-soft blend of 80% acrylic and 20% wool. It's perfect for quick and easy one-ball makes and comes in lots of fabulous colour combinations to suit any taste!
