Cardmaker of the Year 2021

We’re excited to announce that our fantastic Cardmaker of the Year competition is back – and it’s bigger than ever! This year we’re giving four crafters the chance to win a share of £19,000 worth of amazing craft prizes from your favourite papercraft brands including CraftStash, Crafter’s Companion, Creative Expressions, Chloe’s Creative Cards and many, many more! Four lucky winners will also bag themselves a spot on the Papercraft Magazines Design Team, meaning they’ll be commissioned to create projects for Simply Cards & Papercraft, Papercraft Essentials, Die-cutting Essentials and Creative Stamping.

And that’s not all! One of the winners will go on to work closely with our editors, designers and CraftStash team to create their very own Capsule Collection to be sold exclusively on www.craftstash.co.uk. This is your chance to make your ideal craft kit a reality. Does your perfect die not exist? It could now! Got a great idea for a fantastic mini kit – describe it to us and together we can make it happen! We’ll be asking the four winners of the main competition to come up with an idea for a Capsule Collection, then the CraftWorld community will vote on their favourite. The ultimate winner will see their concept become a physical product!

To Enter

To enter this prestigious competition, we’d like you to create three projects – two cards and one other papercrafting project, to show off your creativity and originality. The third project can be a scrapbook page, a mini book or any other off-the-page item, but remember strictly no cards for that third item. We’re looking for designers who can show a multitude of papercrafting talents, and remember that every single past winner never dreamed that they would be successful in this competition so don’t be shy – this year it could be you! The deadline for entries to arrive is 14th April 2021.
