Trim a 10.5x6.75” cardstock panel and score along the long edge at 1.75”, 3.5”, 5.25”, 7” and 8.75” then rotate and score the short edge at 1.75” and 5.25” from the first score line to the last score line.

Using a craft knife and ruler trim away the inside rectangle starting from the 1.75” score line to the 8.75” score line to leave a scored frame piece
