Bowling Birthday Card
Die cut and stamped bowling birthday card
Create a white 13cm-square card blank. Cut a smaller square layer of pale blue cardstock and attach this to the front of the card. Create the end of a building by cutting a white rectangle, a small jade rectangle and a black ‘roof’ shape. Fix the main house and window to the card front as shown.
Stamp the sentiment onto the black shape, add white embossing powder and heat to set, then add dashes around the edges using a white gel pen. Fix to the card with 3D foam pads.
Trim some grass shapes out of a narrow strip of green patterned paper and add to the bottom over the white rectangle.
Using the step-by-step instructions as a guide, die-cut the bowler from white cardstock, then stamp using the black ink, positioning the stamp centrally over the die.
Use alcohol markers to add colour to the figure, shading where necessary, then adhere to the card with foam pads. Die-cut bowling balls from black cardstock and white cardstock and add to the card with 3D foam pads to finish.
