Wine Bottle tag - a great gift tag for a celebratory tipple

Score a 12x6” panel of mint cardstock at 3” and die-cut a circle into the square section and cut a banner shape into the opposite end.

Matt the whole panel with patterned paper and die-cut a nested circle over the original aperture to create a frame and ink the edges.

Die-cut a white bottle, ink the edges and mount it onto the tag using 3D foam pads. Create a mint label, die-cut a mint seal and create a bottle top from kraft cardstock. Ink the elements and affix them to the bottle topper.

Die-cut a wine glass from mint cardstock, ink as before and layer onto the tag. Die-cut the intricate section of the bottle from patterned paper, cut out the sentiment and grapes and arrange them onto the tag. Add sequins and gems to finish.
