Bottle Holly Tag

Create a large rounded-top tag and die-cut a circle from the top of it to create the basic bottle tag shape. Lightly fold the tag near the bottle hole.

Wrap a strip of hessian around the bottle tag with distress-edged gingham ribbon on top. Use glue to hold them in place on the reverse of the tag.

Matt and layer two die-cut circles onto the front of the tag then cut and adhere two holly leaves cut green cardstock. Add buttons to the holly and a string bow as shown to finish.
