Blue, Yellow & Red Birthday Wishes Card

Create a 10x16cm card blank from white cardstock and affix blue cardstock onto the card front, leaving narrow borders.

Add a thick yellow strip and a narrow red strip of cardstock across the top third of card front.

Using the smaller of the free dies, cut eight vellum flowers and then use the larger die to cut a piece of white cardstock.

Die-cut a panel of light blue cardstock into circle, add gel pen highlights and secure onto the reverse of the sentiment topper.

Affix the vellum shapes behind the blue circle and attach the topper onto the card front, on top of the cardstock strips.

Print the sentiment onto white cardstock, die-cut into a circle and affix onto the topper using 3D foam pads.

Die-cut the larger shape from red, navy blue, yellow and orange cardstock and inlay the leftover negatives to add a touch of colour to the white topper. Add sequins as shown to finish.
