Stamp and colour the flowers and teacup. Create the floral topper using oval dies and mount it onto the card front using 3D foam pads.

Stamp the sentiment onto a 3x10.5cm border of white cardstock, matt it onto lilac cardstock and attach across bottom of the card front. Add gems as shown to finish.
