Birthday Wine Bottle Box Card

Cut a 29x14cm rectangle of brown patterned paper. Score across at 7cm to 21cm and down at 7cm, 14cm, 21 and 28cm, then cut each score line down 7cm from the top and create a flap on the end of the strip.

Cut a 6.5cm square of lined patterned paper to cover the top three flaps and the bottom sides of the box and attach to the panels. Assemble the box then cut a 6.5x13.5cm rectangle of striped paper and affix to the long panel to the reverse. Cut two 10x3cm strips of lined paper, score each end at 1.5cm and place to one side.

Use Memento ink to stamp a selection of glasses and bottles, colour using Distress Ink, a little water and a paintbrush. Leave to dry then die-cut the glasses and fussy-cut the bottles.

Attach the bottles to the strips using double-sided tape and adhere the strips inside the box, ensuring each scored end is attached on opposing sides.

Use the die-cut glasses to decorate the side panels and the bottles to decorate the reverse panel.

Use Jet Black ink to stamp the sentiments onto white cardstock, layer onto patterned paper and use 3D foam pads to attach to finish.
