Birthday Candles Circle Shaped Card

Print out the relevant toppers and patterned papers, cut out the candle toppers, leaving a narrow white border. Cut the sentiment to measure 9.5x3cm and layer it onto patterned paper.

Tape a 14.5cm circle die over the card blank so that it overhangs the centre fold, die-cut to create a circular card blank and cover the card front with a patterned paper circle. Die-cut a scalloped circle from a contrasting paper and adhere it on top.

Layer a 15.5x5.5cm border of patterned paper onto a contrasting panel, leaving a narrow border, add a lace border and affix it to the card front as shown. Affix the candle toppers onto the border using 3D foam pads and embellish them with glitter.

Shape the sentiment panel, secure it over the candle toppers using 3D foam pads and add a ribbon bow as shown to finish.
