Birthday Bubbles Card

Create a white 4”-square square card blank and cover with orange patterned paper.

Cut a slightly smaller piece of blue patterned paper and round all four corners.

Cut the Interlock Circles die from white cardstock and attach to the blue panel and trim the excess then adhere the panel to the card front.

Fussy-cut the turtle image from patterned paper and attach to the card front using 3D foam pads then add the sentiment die-cut from orange patterned paper.

Decorate the card front with blue gems and Dewdrop accents to finish.
