Partially die-cut the confetti shapes from the top of the card blank, ensuring that the bottom cutting edge of the die is off the cutting plate.

Stamp the confetti images in each of the shapes.

Ink through the confetti stencil using Distress Oxide Ink.

Add stamped elements to the stencilled panel and stamp the birthday sentiment in black ink.
