Follow the relevant glitter paste stencilling tutorial with cream cardstock, cutting two swirl die-cuts, and place with Stick and Spray onto opposite corners of a 17.5x12.5cm cream panel.

Add the blue and pink glitter to two areas of Texture Paste before layering onto the cardstock – blue at the corners and pink in the centre.

When the panel is dry, attach to the card front with 3D foam pads. Die-cut the sentiment from blue cardstock and add with gems as shown to finish.
