I’m back from my Ibiza holiday feeling fresh and inspired. I didn’t actually take ANY projects with me when I went away because I just knew I wouldn’t get any times to sit and relax. It did however make me happy to see a lady sat crocheting a sunburst granny square in my hotel! I just love to see people crocheting out and about.

I also say a HUGE amount of crochet in the local shops. It was so lovely to see and gave me so much inspiration.

I love making a bit of homeware in the Summer months, so I’m sharing my Summer Desert Coaster pattern with you in Crochet Now issue 84. It’s a really simple but effective pattern which is really fun to make. PLUS it’s easily customisable so that you can tailor it to your own home decor.
