Being 6 - a fun birthday card for a young boy

Create a card blank measuring 5x4”, cover the front with patterned paper and round the right-hand corners. Ink the edges with Distress Ink.

Cut out a large number ‘6’ from green patterned paper and ink the edges.

Cut out the ‘Time to Celebrate’ banner from the decorative tag, ink the edges and layer onto red patterned paper. Trim, leaving a narrow border, and ink the edges.

Tie a piece of baker’s twine to the banner and adhere it to the to card front.

Attach the large number ‘6’ to the card front and add alphabet stickers to spell out ‘being.

Add buttons, a die-cut and an adhesive pearl to finish.
