Ink the edges of a 13.5x12cm panel of patterned paper. Die-cut three stitched strips from contrasting paper, ink the edges and arrange on top of the patterned paper panel. Wrap the panel with twine and secure it to the card front.

Die-cut the outline rectangle from patterned paper and the dancers from kraft cardstock and layer them together. Ink the edges and secure it to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Die-cut two nesting hearts from kraft cardstock and patterned paper, emboss the kraft heart, ink both toppers and affix them to the twine border.

Stamp the sentiment onto kraft cardstock, die-cut it into a tag and offset it onto a paper tag. Mount the tags onto a twine bow, add a pearl and adhere to the card front to finish.
