Layer the card front with cream cardstock, leaving a narrow border, die-cut a black sentiment and secure it to the card front.

Die-cut the panel from all the cardstock colours listed, layer the black die-cut frame onto an adhesive sheet and inlay the colourful die-cuts into the panel as shown.

Adhere the focal panel to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
