1

Create a landscape gatefold card blank from thick white cardstock and cover both front panels using patterned paper.

2

Cut a 3¾x3¼” piece green cardstock and follow the step-by-step guide below to create the die-cut panel, using a fancy edge border die as shown.

3

Cut a slightly smaller piece of white cardstock and wipe over using an anti-static bag. Stamp the sentiment using VersaMark ink and heat-emboss in gold. Adhere the sentiment behind the oval window and adhere a same size panel of green cardstock behind.

4

Stamp three flowers in red ink and punch out. Add the sequin trim behind and secure using 3D foam pads then attach the panel to one of the gatefolds as shown. Decorate by adding gold faceted gems to the centre of the flowers to finish.

5

How to create a die-cut window scene. Die-cut several ovals from the same die you will create the window from – experiment with how many pieces of cardstock your machine will take.

6

Adhere all the pieces together so they stack neatly on top of one another. This will create a raised surface that the border die will cut from. Place the layered oval on the reverse of the white sentiment panel and secure in place using Washi tape.

7

Turn the panel back over, add the border die so it fits inside the oval and secure using Washi tape. Run through the die-cutting machine using the embossing folder platform.

8

Secure the same oval die over the die-cut and run it partially through the die-cutting machine on the standard cutting platform.

9

Ensure to only run through the top area above the houses. Remove the cut out die-cut pieces.
