Create a bokeh-effect panel using inks and circle stamps.

Trim the panel into an 11.5cm square. Stamp the streamers and colour in, using purple pencil for shade and white pencil for the highlights.

Add stars stamped using Dusty Concord and Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Ink and stamp the sentiment in black. Matt onto dark blue cardstock, leaving a narrow border, then affix to the card front.
