You will need:

Die-cut sports balls from red and blue textured cardstock and sand the blue die-cuts as shown to reveal the whitewash core.

Apply a generous amount of Pinflair glue onto the red die-cuts and press the top of the paper clip into it. Affix the co-ordinating blue die-cuts on top and leave to dry.
