Layer the card front with patterned paper, leaving a narrow border, and mat a square of white cardstock on top, leaving wide border.

Stamp cogs onto the white panel as shown, using contrasting inks, stamp the frame onto white cardstock, cut it out and mount it onto the card front using 3D foam pads.

Stamp the sentiment onto a border of white cardstock, snip the ends to create a banner and layer it onto the frame to finish.
