Angel Wings on A Budget
An Exercise in Remembrance and Grieving
If you have two pieces of white paper (8 ½ x 11 or similar), a pair of scissors and some glue, you can make a dimensional pair of angel’s wings for the front of a card.

Card Base
Fold each sheet of paper in half and then fold again. Set one aside for later as your card base. Unfold the other sheet and cut out one quarter of the page along the folds.

Wings base
Take the quarter piece and fold in half. If you have a pencil you can sketch a wing on one half and cut it out while fold to get two matching wings.

Wings Strip
Cut a strip of paper as long as the two wings setting side by side. Fold it in half and then fold about a third of one side to the fold. Repeat with other side so you end-up with the strip looking like the photo.
